Fannie Santana joined Poly Prep as an Upper School Learning Specialist in 2021. She was born in the Dominican Republic and speaks fluent Spanish. She attended Binghamton University and earned a M.Ed. in educational leadership. Fannie grew up in the South Bronx where she also began teaching in 2008 when she joined Teach for America. Fannie is driven by student success and is excited to support all students. When she is not supporting student learning, Fannie loves to watch sci-fi movies, read, and go on hikes.
