As the Director of Human Resources, Devon Winfield meets every employee as they join the Poly community. She enjoys being a part of the school’s welcome committee. The most satisfying aspect of her work is when an employee walks away with their problem solved. A proud HBCU alumna of University of Maryland Eastern Shore, Devon is co-organizer of a nonprofit dance organization and also teaches dance.
