Carmelo Larose joined Poly’s English department in 2015. At Poly, he has taught Grades 9, 11, and 12 English, including electives such as film studies, creative non-fiction writing, African-American literature, and the literature of New York. He also served as one of the advisors to The Polygon, Poly’s student newspaper. Previously, he worked as the Director of Diversity and Community Service at Middlesex School in Concord, Massachusetts. He is originally from New York City.
