Aminah McKay joined Poly in 2025 as Upper School Division Coordinator. Prior to Poly, she supported leadership and operations at the State University of New York and Success Academy Charter Schools, where she managed events, streamlined daily operations, and helped build a positive school culture.

Originally from New York City, Aminah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and English from the University of Albany, and is currently completing a Master of Public Administration, focusing on organizational leadership and public service.

Aminah is committed to creating efficient systems that make school environments more inclusive, accessible, and joyful for students and staff alike. She finds most satisfaction in supporting others behind the scenes and building strong relationships across school communities. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling, and going to the gym.
