Program Overview

Poly Girls’ Squash has built a competitive program under the guidance of world-class coaches. In 2020, the squad won a second straight Ivy Prep League title and finished runner-up at the NYSAIS tournament. The Blue Devils have sent numerous players off to prestigious colleges, with 2020 graduates heading to programs at The George Washington University and Bates College, among other schools. Since late 2015, the team has played its home matches at the state-of-the-art Novogratz Center for Athletics, which boasts nine courts within its spacious 28,000-square-foot confines.

Squash Facilities

The Novogratz Center for Athletics is home to four practice courts and two all-glass international-competition-size squash courts with stadium-style spectator seating along with four additional courts in the Dresher Family Squash Center.

Lark Ervasti ’20

In 2019, Lark was named 1st team All-Ivy Prep League, US Squash All-American for three consecutive years, and beat out 32 players in the under-19 U.S. Junior Squash Silver Nationals taking home the top prize. She helped Poly win the 2019 and 2020 Ivy Prep League Championship. Lark went on to continue her academic and athletic careers at Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
